Ms. Metili is an Assistant Lecturer and has been teaching Journalism and Mass Communication to students from the former Tumaini University Iringa University College (now University of Iringa), Tumaini University Dar es salaam College (TUDARCo) and Journalists all over Tanzania through the Media Council of Tanzania (MCT). Currently she is teaching Management of Small Business and Entrepreneurship and Organizational Behavior to degree students for over nine years.  She is also the Director of the Institute of Continuing and Professional Education (ICPE), an institute that oversees all the
